SESSION FOR FREE!
All new members are entitled to one free training session when they sign up for a membership.
Training sessions include an introduction to machines, instruction on proper technique, and/or an introductory lesson
discussing the principles of core training, resistance taring, and cardio training.
All other members can take advantage
of our personal training sessions as well. Members are asked to schedule appointments through the front desk.
Sessions are taught by a certified trainer and are a great start to a healthy and safe workout! Sessions
are $60/hour for members and $65/hour for non-members.
